Lisa Flavall is RCG’s projects and administration manager. She has an investigative background, with prior experience as a detective in the New Zealand Police and as an investigator for Lift International, an anti–human trafficking NGO in Thailand. She currently works in the private sector as an ethical labour supply investigator.

Lisa has travelled extensively and worked in a number of countries, including New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, Thailand and the Czech Republic. She brings her meticulous attention to detail and broad understanding of the many facets of international development to the role.

Lisa has a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice from Griffith University and is currently undertaking a Master of International Development. She is also experienced as a teacher of English as a foreign language.
